Fremantle
Fremantle was established in 1829 as port for the swan river colony, but is said to have really exploded onto the scene with the America’s cup sailing challenge in 1987. The city has a rich history that has been preserved in the numerous heritage listed buildings making up the city. Besides the rich cultural history it is a hub of many restaurants, pubs, bars and attractions making it a worthwhile place to check out and is only a 10 minute drive from Cottesloe car and Ute hire.
